How it works

  1. Request a quote with your route, pet details and preferred timing.
  2. The owner reviews your request and sends your final quote in your booking.
  3. Review and accept the quote when you're ready.
  4. Pay the 30% deposit through Square to confirm your trip. The deposit is at least $150, rounded to whole dollars, and never more than the total.
  5. We coordinate pickup, keep you updated during the trip, and collect the remaining balance via Square at delivery.

A few things to know.

How much does it cost?

Starting prices are $370+ for Group and $550+ for Private. Your route-specific quote reflects the trip details and each pet. A 30% deposit reserves the trip after you accept the final quote; it is at least $150, rounded to whole dollars, and capped at the total. The remaining balance is due at delivery via Square. Group vs. Private?

Group Transport shares a scheduled route with a flexible 2–3 day pickup window. Private is dedicated door-to-door transport. We are open 24 hours and serve anywhere in the U.S. The owner confirms the route, availability and final price in your quote.

What documents does my pet need?

Ask your veterinarian for a health certificate (CVI) and current vaccination records, including rabies when age-appropriate. Puppies must be at least 8 weeks old for interstate transport. Requirements vary by state and pet; confirm current rules with your veterinarian and destination state. We provide the appropriately sized crate; you do not need to supply one. Travel requirements.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel, you forfeit only the deposit; no remaining balance is owed. If Elite Pet Transportation cancels, all payments are refunded. Read the full policy.
