Elite Private is our Solo Direct service: dedicated door-to-door transport for pets from the same household, without pets from other households sharing the trip. The Owner reviews route details, dates, and handoff contacts with you before booking.

Discretion & NDA
Many of our clients prefer that their name, address and pet stay private. On request we:
- Sign your NDA, or provide our own
- Keep client names, addresses and photos off social media unless you give written permission
- Identify the people authorized to discuss and coordinate the trip
- Coordinate route and handoff details with the Owner

How it works
- Tell us about the trip. Use the form below or call or text (330) 690-6063.
- Get a private quote. The Owner reviews the route, timing, and trip details.
- Confirm. Accept your final quote and pay the 30% deposit through Square. The balance is due at delivery through Square.
- Door to door. Pickup and delivery contacts and addresses are confirmed for the agreed trip.
Plan the handoff
For a route-specific quote, share the pickup and delivery locations, preferred dates, pet count, and approximate weights. The Owner reviews the request and confirms availability and price in a final quote. If the locations are in different time zones, identify local time at each end when discussing a requested handoff time.
Before pickup, upload the requested health and vaccination records through the booking process. Ask your veterinarian which records apply to your pet and destination. Confirm the exact addresses and the name and phone number of the person meeting the transport at both ends. The booking is confirmed after you accept the final quote and pay the deposit through Square.

How is my trip arranged?
The Owner reviews your submitted route and pet details, then sends a final quote for your review. The booking is confirmed after acceptance and deposit payment.
Will my pet ride with other animals?
No. Solo Direct means no other households' pets.
How are trip details coordinated?
The Owner reviews pickup and delivery locations, dates, time zones, and contact people with you before confirming the trip plan.
Can an assistant or representative coordinate?
Yes. Identify the authorized contact people when you inquire so communication can be coordinated with them.
Can an assistant or manager book for me?
Yes. We'll work directly with your representative and copy you only if you want.
What does it cost?
Private trips are quoted by route, timing and the number and size of pets. Published Solo Direct base rates are on our pricing page.
Deposit and cancellation?
A 30% deposit (minimum $150, rounded to whole dollars and capped at the total) confirms your trip after you accept the final quote. If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit only and no remaining balance is owed. If Elite Pet Transportation cancels, all payments are refunded. The balance is due at delivery via Square.
