Two ways to travel.
A quote for your route.
Your quote uses the route distance and each pet's weight. Group pricing combines a distance base, a size fee for every pet, and a distance charge for each additional pet. Private pricing includes the first pet up to 60 lbs in its trip base; heavier first pets and additional pets are priced by the rules below.

Your pet travels on a shared, scheduled route. Group is a good fit when your pickup timing is flexible.
The distance base is charged once per trip. Every pet has a size fee: XS under 10 lbs $75; S 10–20 lbs $125; M over 20 up to 40 lbs $175; L over 40 up to 60 lbs $225; XL over 60 up to 80 lbs $275; 2XL over 80 up to 130 lbs $325. Each additional pet also adds 50% of the route's distance base, rounded up to the next whole dollar per pet, plus that pet's size fee.

Dedicated, door-to-door transport for pets from the same household. Your trip is not shared with other households' pets.
The distance base is charged once per trip and includes the first pet weighing up to 60 lbs. A first pet over 60 lbs adds a $100 surcharge. Each additional pet is charged its size fee only: XS under 10 lbs $75; S 10–20 lbs $125; M over 20 up to 40 lbs $175; L over 40 up to 60 lbs $225; XL over 60 up to 80 lbs $275; 2XL over 80 up to 130 lbs $325.

ZIP-only estimates are preliminary. A submitted request uses the real driving distance between the actual pickup and drop-off addresses to determine its distance tier. Your service choice and each pet's weight determine the distance base and per-pet fees. Group additional-pet distance charges are half of the trip base, rounded up to the next whole dollar for each pet after the first.
Pets over 130 lbs need a personal quote. Contact Cordell for those trips or to arrange multiple drop-offs.

Deposit and timing
- A 30% deposit (minimum $150, rounded to whole dollars and capped at the total) confirms your booking after you accept the final quote.
- If you cancel, you forfeit the deposit only; no remaining balance is owed.
- The balance is due at delivery through Square.
- Quotes are honored for 14 days.

How is the Group total calculated?
Group pricing combines one route-distance base, a size fee for every pet, and for each additional pet an added charge equal to half the distance base rounded up to the next whole dollar. Distance bands and pet size determine the quote. The Owner reviews submitted trip details and sends the final price.
What does the Private base include?
The Solo Direct distance base is charged once and includes the first pet weighing up to 60 lbs. A first pet over 60 lbs adds $100. Each additional pet is charged its size fee only. Pets over 130 lbs need a personal quote.
When do I pay?
After reviewing and accepting your final quote, pay a 30% deposit through Square to confirm the booking. The deposit has a $150 minimum, is rounded to whole dollars, and is capped at the total. The balance is due at delivery through Square.
What happens if I cancel?
If the client cancels, only the deposit is forfeited and no remaining balance is owed. If Elite Pet Transportation cancels, all payments are refunded. Your financial institution may take time to post a refund. Read the full cancellation policy.
