Welcome to Elite Pet Transportation, a DBA of Parking House Holdings LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and pet transportation services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

Elite Pet Transportation provides professional pet transport services across the United States. Our services include:

• Group Transport: Shared-route transport where your pet travels alongside other pets on an optimized route. This is our most affordable option.
• Solo Direct VIP: private, door-to-door transport for up to two pets from the same household. No other households' pets on board.

We transport dogs, cats, and other domestic animals. All pets are cared for by experienced, professional drivers who prioritize animal safety and comfort throughout the journey.

2. Booking Process

To book a transport service with Elite Pet Transportation:

1. Submit a quote request through our website or mobile application, providing details about your pet, pickup location, delivery location, and preferred dates.
2. Receive a customized quote based on distance, transport type, and pet size.
3. Review and accept the quote to proceed with booking.
4. Pay the required deposit to confirm your booking.
5. Pay the remaining balance 48 hours before pickup.

Bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where we determine transport may not be safe or appropriate for the animal.

3. Payment Terms

Group Transport is priced per pet based on each pet's weight and trip distance. Solo Direct VIP is priced per vehicle for up to two pets from the same household, based on trip distance and whether one pet is 2XL. Current pricing is available on our website. Quotes are honored for 14 days.

• A 50% deposit of the total quoted price is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due 48 hours before pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All payments are processed securely through Square (our primary processor) or Stripe (backup). We accept major credit cards and debit cards.
• Prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD).

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. However, once a quote has been accepted and a deposit paid, the quoted price will be honored for that booking.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of our service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we suspect of fraudulent activity.

5. Pet Owner Responsibilities

As a pet owner using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your pet, including breed, weight, age, health conditions, and behavioral characteristics.
• Ensure your pet is up to date on all required vaccinations and provide proof upon request.
• Provide an appropriate crate or carrier if required for your pet's size and type.
• Disclose any known aggression, anxiety, or medical issues that may affect transport.
• Be available or have a designated representative available at both pickup and delivery locations at the agreed-upon times.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your pet.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website, mobile application, or services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
• Use our platform to harass, threaten, or harm others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Pet Transportation takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet during transport. However:

• We are not liable for any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or illnesses that may manifest during or after transport.
• Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific transport service in question.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We strongly recommend that pet owners maintain adequate pet insurance coverage during transport.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite Pet Transportation, its owners, employees, agents, and drivers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your provision of inaccurate information about your pet.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Summit County, Ohio.
